THE TRAILHEAD is the most accessible ski touring and snowshoeing shop in Central Colorado. Our hours (9-6 daily, closed New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day) mean we’re open either when you arrive in the area or when you’re leaving. In addition to Fischer Nordic Ski equipment and the Salomon Nordic System (SNS) boots and bindings in classic, touring, and backcountry (SNS-BC) models, we offer the Rottefella New Nordic Norm (NNN) bindings in both touring and backcountry (NNN-BC) models and Alpina NNN and NNN-BC cross-country boots. We understand that our location brings with it a responsibility to the entire backcountry skiing community.
